Keyprint was founded in 1990 in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Our core business was the design and supply of Business Forms and related products.

The Business Forms Industry in South Africa had long been dominated by a few large suppliers, often leading to long lead times and shoddy client service.

There was a defined need in the marketplace for more flexible client service and quality oriented distributors.

Since 1990 Keyprint have established many long standing business relationships with a wide variety of customers and we continually strive to maintain and improve this base.

Over the years the market requirements have changed from predominantly continuous forms to a range of cut-sheet and value added products. This change has been brought about by a number of factors, including:

  • Rapid growth in the use of lazer and ink jet technology
  • The need to be more environmentally aware about the use of paper
  • The growth in electronic transactions
  • Shorter print runs
  • Shorter lead times
  • Increased quality demands
  • Ever changing technology

We have kept apace with these changes and we have earned a reputation for supplying the perfect product for the application, on time and at a competitive price.

At Keyprint we understand the importance of product knowledge and our members bring many years of international experience and expertise in our field to the client.

Our staff have a positive "Can Do" approach towards our customer's requests and this has given us the edge over competitors especially when faced with complex or technical applications.
